Club Captains & Club Vice Captains

Club Captain Criteria

The Club Captains should:

Be positive role models for all swimmers
Must be a financial member of the Club
Make themselves known to all swimmers and be approachable (particularly for the younger members)
Be good ambassadors for the Club
Promote team morale and encourage all swimmers to achieve their best
Always represent and promote the club in a positive manner
Be willing to contribute towards the preparation of content and assist with social media
Be willing to assist with the planning and organisation of social activities when required
Club Captains are leaders that need to be over the age of 16 years.

The Club Captains will, from time to time, be asked to:

Assist at club functions and events
Attend events to represent the club
Attend committee meetings to discuss issues concerning the swimmers, either at the request of the swimmers or the committee
Make representations to the coaches and committee on behalf of the swimmer

Club Vice Captain Criteria

The Vice Club Captains should:

Be positive role models for all junior swimmers
Must be a financial member of the Club
Make themselves known to all swimmers and be approachable (particularly for the younger members)
Be good ambassadors for the Club
Promote team morale and encourage all swimmers to achieve their best
Always represent and promote the club in a positive manner
Vice Club Captains are leaders that need to be 13 years or over.
Assist the Club Captains

The Vice Club Captains will, from time to time, be asked to:

Junior Club Captain Criteria

The Junior Club Captains should:

Be positive role models for all junior swimmers
Must be a financial member of the Club
Make themselves known to all swimmers and be approachable (particularly for the younger members)
Be good ambassadors for the Club
Promote team morale and encourage all swimmers to achieve their best
Always represent and promote the club in a positive manner
Junior Club Captains are leaders that need to be 12 years or under.
Assist the Club Captains and Vice Captains.

The Junior Club Captains will, from time to time, be asked to:
